| 5.05 5.0 out of 5 - I can not recommend Paul highly enough, I know nothing about computers only that mine was poorly!!!!! Paul removed a virus added new keys that had broken and updated my windows amongst other things and my computer is now like new and all for an exceptionally reasonable price. I would not hesitate to use him again, if your in any doubt about where to take your computer this is most definately the place to go.

Then it gave up altogether and we could not access anything! Enter Paul of Need-PC-Repair who diagnosed the problem promptly, a virus apparently, and managed to save almost all of our files and quickly restore the machine to full working order. To say we were relieved is an understatement. We can't thank Paul enough. It is obvious that Paul is extremely skilled and knowledgeable about computers and this coupled with his straightforward, honest approach is a Godsend, we believe, for anyone needing assistance with their computer.
